Ingredients

- Biscuits: 150 g (Lotus biscuits)

- Cream cheese: 75 g (soft)

- Chocolate: 200 g (melted)

How to prepare

1. Crush the lotus biscuits in a food processor until fine crumbs.


2. Add the cream cheese and mix until the ingredients are combined and the texture is moldable.


3. Make balls of the mixture the size of a walnut and put them in a tray on parchment paper and put them in the refrigerator for an hour.


4. Dip the lotus balls in melted chocolate and put them on a plate.


5. Sprinkle some lotus biscuit crumbs on top of the balls and leave them in the refrigerator before serving.
