Ingredients
Filling:
Cream cheese : 3 packages
Sugar: half a cup
Flour: 2 tablespoons
Vanilla: a teaspoon
Eggs: 3 grains (scrambled)
Caramel sauce:
Caramel: a bottle
Milk: bottle (evaporated)
Walnuts: a cup (chopped)
Walnuts: a cup (chopped)
- Biscuits: 2 cups (wafer biscuits)
- Sugar: 3 tablespoons
- Butter: a third of a cup (melted)
How to prepare
Mix the wafers and sugar in a small bowl, stir in the butter, pressing down the sides of the bottom.
In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until the mixture is smooth.
Add the flour, vanilla and eggs and continue to beat on low speed until the ingredients are combined.
Pour the mixture into the biscuit bowl and place a frying pan over it.
Bake the mixture for 30 minutes, until almost done.
Leave the mixture on a wire rack for 10 minutes, let it cool for an hour, and then put it in the refrigerator for several hours.
Melt the caramel and milk over a low heat and stir until smooth, then stir in the walnuts.
Leave to cool at room temperature and serve the cheesecake with caramel sauce.
