Ingredients

- Butter: 175 grams (soft / for cupcakes)

- Brown sugar: 175 grams (for cupcakes)

- Eggs: 3 pieces (for cupcakes)

- Vanilla: a teaspoon (for cupcakes)

- Flour: 175 grams (for cupcakes)

- Baking Powder: 1 teaspoon (for cupcakes)

- Milk: 2 tablespoons (liquid / for cupcakes)

- Butter: 150 grams (soft / for lotus packaging)

- Powdered sugar: 300 grams (for lotus packaging)

- Butter: 200 g (lotus butter / for packaging) Lotus)

- Milk: 40 ml (liquid / for packing the lotus)

- Biscuit: a box (lotus biscuit / for decorating)

How to prepare

1. To prepare the cupcake: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and prepare a cupcake tray and line it with cupcake paper.


2. Beat butter and brown sugar with an electric mixer until fluffy.


3. Add the eggs, flour and baking powder to the butter and sugar mixture and mix well until the ingredients mix and the mixture becomes creamy, then add the milk and whisk.


4. Spread the mixture in the cupcake tray, filling ⅔ of the mold for each one.


5. Bake the cupcakes in the oven for 15-18 minutes until they are done, then remove from the oven and leave to cool.


6. To make the lotus wrap, mix the butter with the electric mixer for two minutes, then add the powdered sugar while whisking until the ingredients are mixed.


7. Add the lotus butter and mix, then add the milk and beat for 5 minutes until the mixture becomes thick and creamy.


8. Put the lotus wrapping in the cream bag and decorate the cupcakes with the wrapping in the form of a large flower, then put a piece of lotus biscuit and serve.
