Ingredients

For filling:

Strawberry jelly: as needed (cold)

To decorate:

Strawberry: half a cup

Cream: 2 cups (Labani, whipped with a little icing sugar)

- Butter: a cup

- Sugar: 2 cups

- Strawberry jelly: half a cup (granules)

- Eggs: 4 grains

- Strawberry: half a cup (strawberry puree)

- Flour: 3 cups

- Baking powder: two and a half

teaspoons - Vanilla: a teaspoon

- Milk: a cup


How to prepare

Grease a cake pan with a little butter and sprinkle it with a little flour, removing excess flour or lining it with parchment paper.

Mix the butter and sugar in the bowl of a mixer bowl on medium speed until it becomes creamy.

Add the jelly beans, while continuing to mix, until the ingredients are combined.

Add the strawberry puree and eggs alternately while continuing to knead.

Mix the dry ingredients and add them to the mixture while continuing to knead.

Add the milk while continuing to knead until the ingredients overlap.

Pour the dough into the prepared cake pan and flatten the surface.

Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until fully cooked.

Leave the cake to cool slightly, then turn it onto a metal grid to cool completely.

Divide the cake crosswise with a sharp knife into 3 layers of equal height.

Put the first layer on a serving plate, then put a layer of cream and level the surface.
