Ingredients

Cream ingredients:

Cream cheese: 3 cubes

Whipping cream: 1/4 cup (or as needed)

Vanilla: half a teaspoon

- Salt: a pinch (Himalaya, to enhance the flavor)

- Coconut oil: a tablespoon

- Flour: 2 tablespoons (coconut, or flour) Almonds)

- Cocoa powder: a spoon (raw, optional)

- Baking powder: half a teaspoon


Steps:::

Prepare the mug cake as follows: In a mug or a slightly large cup, beat the egg with a pinch of salt, vanilla and sweetener until you get a smooth, pale or light-colored mixture.

Add a tablespoon of coconut oil or replace it with a tablespoon of butter or a cube of 10 grams, then mix, then add the flour and baking powder, mix, then put it in the microwave for 3 minutes.

Then remove it from the microwave and cut it into cubes or circles, then leave it to cool completely.

 In another bowl, beat the whipping cream until it thickens and becomes thick with the electric mixer.

Add 3 Kiri cubes, a butter cube (10 g), a spoonful of sweetener and a little vanilla, then with an electric mixer, mix well until thick and homogeneous.

Melt the Nescafe with a little water and water the cake pieces or dip them in it.

In a serving cup or dish, arrange these pieces in layers alternately with cream (i.e. a piece of cake, then a quantity of cream, then a piece of cake, and so on until the amount is finished). 

To decorate, bring a small cup of water and put a quarter of a tablespoon of Nescafe in it

And a spoonful of raw cocoa powder, then decorate the surface with cocoa powder through a strainer or a small sieve.

Leave it in the fridge for two or three hours to cool down and serve.
